Welcome to Venus! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Venus mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Venus Technologies, Inc. ("Venus," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Venus is a social media platform that allows users to:

• Create and share content including photos, videos, and lifestyle posts
• Discover and share property listings and real estate content
• Connect with other users through following, messaging, and social interactions
• Use creator tools for content monetization and analytics
• Access location-based features for nearby properties and content
• Purchase boost features and sponsored content placement

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must choose a unique username (Venus ID) that is not offensive or misleading

3.2 Account Types

• Individual: Personal account for social features
• Creator: Content creator with monetization tools
• Business: Business account with advertising features
• Verified: Verified creator or business account

3.3 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
• Is sexually explicit or contains nudity
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates privacy rights of others
• Is designed to harass, bully, or intimidate others

4.2 Property Listings

For property-related content, you must:

• Provide accurate property information
• Have the right to list the property
• Comply with local real estate laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4.3 Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove content that violates these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• You can report inappropriate content through our reporting system
• We use automated and manual moderation to maintain a safe environment

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Service
• This license is necessary to operate the Service and is revocable when you delete your content

5.2 Venus Content

• The Service and its original content are owned by Venus Technologies, Inc.

6. Monetization and Payments

6.1 Boost Features

• You can purchase boost features to promote your content
• Boost features are subject to availability and may have limitations
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

6.2 Sponsored Content

• Business accounts can create sponsored content
• Sponsored content must comply with advertising standards
• We reserve the right to review and approve sponsored content
• Sponsored content must be clearly labeled as such

6.3 Creator Monetization

• Creator accounts have access to monetization tools
• Revenue sharing terms will be provided separately
• Creators must comply with applicable tax and legal requirements

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create accounts using false information
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• Upon deletion, your content will be removed from the Service
• Some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes

9.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination
